- We always ask our clients to give us the landing time of the flight, the arrival time of the train station, or the place and time of departure by car. This way we can calculate your approximate time of arrival and arrange to be at the apartment to greet and welcome you. It is also important to specify if you will be coming directly to the apartment upon arrival, or if other plans have been previously made.
- The most pleasing aspect of our work is to meet and get to know our guests. We are always willing to give you the most advice as we can to make your stay an unforgettable one. If you have any questions, send us an e-mail and we will be happy to help you by suggesting an itinerary. When you arrive, we will give you any additional information or suggestions that you may need.
- Upon arrival, the beds will be prepared according to the instructions you have given us by e-mail (for example a double bed and two single beds, etc.). Every guest will be provided a bath towel, face towel, and a bidet towel during your stay.
- Breakfast is not served by staff, but you will find that your kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for a typical Italian breakfast, such as milk, cereal, croissants, butter, jam, sugar, coffee, and tea (all of which are included in your stay price).
